The BBC’S Biggest Weekend

The BBC’s Biggest Weekend was a one-off music festival in 2018, staged across four sites around the UK. It took place over four days, with all four sites in operation simultaneously to host more than 175,000 ticket holders.

I led the production of the live music audio for broadcast on all media: TV, radio and digital platforms. I successfully delivered to air more than one hundred artists playing across nine different stages, ranging from Taylor Swift to Courtney Barnett, and from the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra to Underworld.

This was the biggest live music event ever staged by the BBC, and allowed me to prove my organisational abilities on a project of grand scale.
